“Friendly and very efficient”
“I would just like to say a very BIG thank you to one of your staff members, Tony from your Truro branch. I had a puncture on Thursday whilst helping my daughter move house. We were attempting to change it ourselves, when Tony, who was driving in the opposite direction stopped, turned around and came to our rescue. He is an absolute asset to your company. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Please can you thank him again on behalf of me and my daughter. (We have still not admitted at home that someone else changed it for us ;-) ) Once again, thank you so much Tony.”
